McAdoo Industrial Park
The McAdoo Industrial Park is situated in Banks Township, Carbon County. The park is zoned for industrial use and is designated a Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ). KOZ status enables tenants not only to enjoy tax-free status, but to also receive priority consideration for State assistance under State community and economic development programs as well as community building initiatives. KOZ is a community-based program. The program is a partnership between each community and region among state and local taxing bodies, school districts, economic development agencies and community-based organizations.

McAdoo Industrial Park is a 172-acre park that has mostly level land with plenty of green areas separating lots of various sizes. PPL Utilities provides electricity with a three-phase 12,000-volt service. UGI Corporation provides natural gas with an eight inch main. CAN DO serves the water needs with a 500,000-gallon tank and they also provide sewerage treatment.

Telecommunications is provided by Bell Atlantic. McAdoo Industrial Park is served by a communications network that uses fiber optic - ready for voice, data and video transmissions - support for SONET Technology which provides ultra-reliable service to customers with critical requirements.

Transportation is easily accessible with highways and airways nearby. US 309 is only one half of a mile away and I-81 just one mile. Hazleton Municipal Airport, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport and Lehigh Valley International Airport are all only a short drive.
