 
The South Carbon Business Park is located on Little Gap Highway, in Lower Towamensing Township. The park is designated a tax-free Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ). In addition to enjoying tax-free status, KOZ status enables businesses to avoid typical economic development bureaucracy and foster private investments.

The South Carbon Business Park consists of 61.38-acres of rolling land that are zoned for general industrial uses. The site is currently subdivided. The park's utilities include electric, on-site septic and on-site well.
Transportation is easily accessible to the park with the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike only a short drive west, and Interstate 80 to the north. The Jake Arner Memorial Airport and the Lehigh Valley International Airport are both short drives away. Railroad service is also available with Chestnut Ridge railway lines running nearby.
In addition to the variety of accessible transportation, the location of the park is another asset. South Carbon Business Park enjoys a close proximity to major markets such as Philadelphia and New York. It also is just 30 minutes north of the Lehigh Valley which remains the demographic center for product distribution throughout the Mid-Atlantic and southern New England States.
