The following program is unique to Carbon County:

Carbon County Small Business Revolving Loan
The Carbon County Commissioners through the Carbon County Bureau of Economic Development has established a low-interest revolving loan fund to assist small manufacturing and ware house/distribution firms throughout Carbon County in expanding. The interest rate is fixed at 3 percent. The loan term is seven years for machinery and equipment and 10 years for land and buildings. Applicants must show that the project is financially feasible and one(1) new year round job must be created and filled by a qualifying low-income eligible County resident for each 10,000.00 of the loan.
