While the manufacturing sector has seen immense changes over the past 25 years, it is still considered an important part of our nation's and our county's economy.

Locally, the Carbon County Economic Development Corporation hosts a quarterly forum for local manufacturers. This forum's purpose is three-fold.

1. To let manufacturers know what resources/services are available to help their businesses.
2. To hear from manufacturers regarding what they need for success and what their challenges are.
3. To provide an opportunity for manufacturers to work with each other.

For these meetings, we try to include representatives from the following organizations:

5. CCTI
6. Workforce Investment Board
