    Zoned for industrial use and is designated a Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ). The McAdoo Industrial Park is situated in Banks Township, Carbon County.

    The South Carbon Business Park is located on Little Gap Highway, in Lower Towamensing Township. The park is designated a tax-free Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ).
  • Semanoff Property
